His Light Still Shines

While COVID shut down True Freedom’s in-person access to prisons, God was opening new doors for reaching our clients. Hope rushed in when “Truth for Life” (the teaching ministry of Alistair Begg) generously gave us thousands of books! And not just any books! These were sound, substantive means of grace for discipling those incarcerated. Among the titles were: The Pursuit of Holiness by Jerry Bridges, The Christian Life: A Doctrinal Introduction by Sinclair Ferguson, and George Whitfield by Arnold A. Dallimore, in addition to several others. We delivered these resources to 20 Ohio institutions, including the Ohio State Penitentiary, Grafton Reintegration Center, and Cuyahoga County Juvenile Justice Center. Praise God for His abundant provision during these strange days. His light always shines in the darkness.
