True Freedom’s Character Development and Stepping Up courses continue to attract significant numbers of men at Grafton Reintegration Center. Tom Spernoga and Bill Holko facilitate Character Development, with Bill also leading Stepping Up. The comments below were offered by some of the men who have been recent attendees.
