A Good Look at Myself

Recently, Bill Holko completed the first 10-week module of Character Development with 10 men in Cellblock 8A at Lorain Correctional. Per Bill, this particular group of guys was especially engaging, conversational and mutually respectful. Here are some comments from a few of the guys in the class:

“I just completed Module One of the curriculum, and it was very helpful and educational. The course was refreshing and full of practical application for everyday life. Additionally, the program facilitator (Bill) was extremely professional and very inspirational. He continually extracted examples from his personal life experience to help reinforce the message being highlighted in the curriculum. He challenged us to use these lessons to grow in not only our character, but also in our faith. Please continue to make these courses available to incarcerated persons.” -Daryl Vogt

“I wasn’t sure what to expect in the beginning, but I did know I could learn something from it. Bill is a great facilitator. He adds his personal daily insight and is always giving good advice on the important things in life. Module One is based on the best ways of living life as an outstanding citizen, father, son, brother…and all-around person. These are all things most of us know, but we get off track at times for our own selfish reasons. With that being said, I am grateful for Bill and this class.” -Kevin Stutts

“The class made me take a good look at myself and taught me a lot.” -Levi Walls

We praise God for opening doors in these hearts. Please join us in praying for a harvest of much fruit in the lives of these men. Thank you so much for your partnership!
