True Freedom 2020 Virtual Fundraiser Invitation

Ordinarily, by October we are busily preparing for our Fall Banquet, our biggest fundraising event of the year. However, due to COVID, that door is closed. This would be greatly discouraging if we weren’t standing on Romans 8:28: “And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to His purpose.” Where God closes one door, He opens another.

So, it is with eager anticipation that we announce our first ever Virtual Banquet—a unique celebration of the Lord’s work through True Freedom during this very unique season! You won’t want to miss this exciting update by Executive Director Michael Swiger along with special testimonies of lives changed. Come be reminded that nothing, not even COVID, can separate needy, broken souls from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

While in years past we’ve enjoyed delicious food and precious fellowship together, this year let’s come with the same enthusiasm, hungry to hear all that God is doing. When we invest our resources in the Lord’s work through True Freedom, it really is like we’re each hosting the beautiful kind of banquet Jesus describes in Luke 14:13-14, “But when you give a feast, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind, and you will be blessed, because they cannot repay you. For you will be repaid at the resurrection of the just.”
