1st Graduating Class

In 2016 the administration at Grafton Correctional asked True Freedom to conduct character development classes to the men at the Grafton Reintegration Center (GRC).  On April 24th, 2017, a group of forty men began an intensive forty-five-week program based on the book of Proverbs.  These men met weekly for one hour to discuss each character trait with a True Freedom facilitator.  Then, during the week, they evaluated their own progress through self-reflection.  They shared these results with the small group in meaningful discussions the following week.  

Because of the success of this program, the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction is now requiring all re-entry center inmates to take True Freedom’s course as a condition of their continued placement at a reintegration center.  Since rolling out this program at Grafton Reintegration Center, we are now offering this program at Richland Correctional, Trumbull Correctional, Cuyahoga Hills Juvenile Prison, and will soon launch at Lake Erie Correctional.

Administrators are seeing results and want us to offer even more sections of this course at their facilities.  God is opening doors for His word to change lives through True Freedom.  We praise the Lord for this opportunity.
