Giving Tuesday

“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.” Mathew 25:35, 36

Dear True Freedom Partner,

Thank you so much for supporting us this year.  Your partnership is vital to the rapid growth of True Freedom.  Below are a few highlights through the end of October 2017:

  • 4,494 professions of faith in prisons and jails
  • 20 men at Grafton Reintegration Center became Microsoft Certified Specialists
  • Nine young men were baptized at the Juvenile Justice Center
  • 2,410 people attended our addiction recovery programming and 86 made professions of faith
  • With over 20,000 homeless people in Cleveland, our Homeless Ministry fed 12,316 people.
  • 41 people made professions of faith on the streets

Would your prayerfully consider making a special year-end donation to help us serve the broken in Cleveland?

TFM on 1220 AM

God continues to open doors for True Freedom Ministries. We have been selected to participate in the Pastor’s Corner radio show every Friday at 10:30 a.m. on The Word 1220 AM from October 13 through December 29, 2017.

Hall of Fame broadcaster Larry Marrow will be co-hosting this 26-minute broadcast each week, which will allow us to share the glorious Gospel as well as information about our ministry with thousands of listeners. You can also find each episode recorded on The Fish (95.5) website at

Please pray that God would be glorified each week and that He would send us laborers for His mission. The harvest is plentiful, and the laborers are few (Luke 10:2).

New Board Member at TFM

TFM joyfully welcomes Jeff Stinson as our newest board member. Jeff has been Director of Research with Cleveland Research since 2013 and COO since 2015. Prior to his role as Director of Research, he spent 18 years as a senior research analyst covering the retail industry, including department stores, discounters, clubs, and dollar stores. He was one of the 43 founding partners of Cleveland Research in 2006.

Jeff received a BBA from The College of William & Mary and an MBA from Case Western Reserve. He lives in Chagrin Falls, Ohio with his wife Alissa and their three children. They attend Holy Angels Church in Bainbridge where he and his wife lead the Couples Ministry. He has served on the boards of the Chagrin Athletic Association, Chagrin Men’s Fellowship, and Catapult Ministries.

We are so thankful for this brother in Christ who has a passion for the Gospel and for the people we are blessed to serve in Northeast Ohio.

Family Days at Grafton Correctional Institution

Visiting an incarcerated loved one can be intimidating, especially for children. Dressed in prison attire with security guards standing by, prisoner parents may seem unapproachable. To create a more hospitable environment, True Freedom Ministries recently sponsored two Family Days at Grafton Correctional Institution. 150 inmates were permitted to have children and grandchildren spend the day with them participating in fun-filled activities. We hosted a puppet show, pumpkin painting, games, and food. GCI Deputy Warden Gillece expressed deep appreciation for all that TFM did to make this a meaningful time for inmates and their families.

Your faithful giving of time, talent, and money allows us to love our clients and their families with the love Jesus pours out on us. Such love brings about transformation.
